Slow swap during volatility

When the market got volatile and i needed to swap quickly, this exchange's swaps took 15 minutes. I lost 2% in value waiting. That's the problem: slow when you need speed.

Withdrew $100 and paid $15 in fees

Made a small withdrawal and the fee was 15%. That's outrageous. Then I realized that was typical for this exchange. That's when I decided to leave permanently.

Account locked arbitrarily

my account got locked after two deposits in a day. their AI flagged it as suspicious but wont explain what triggered it. the process to unlock requires more verification than a bank requires. app login keeps failing during the process.

Slow verification hell

Started my verification process 10 days ago. Still waiting for approval. Support says they're reviewing it but wont give any timeline. This is getting ridiculous.

They give you a quoted rate for maybe 2 seconds. If you're not clicking instantly, the rate gets worse. It's like they're gaming the system to force you into worse rates.
