This exchange uses KYC as a trap. you pass KYC. account gets locked. support says "unusual activity detected". you appeal. they close your account and keep the money. i lost $3200 to this scheme.
i signed up here after reading that their conversion rates were quite good and i wanted to test them out. i transferred in about 10 USDT worth of altcoins just to see what their rates would be like. the conversion rate they offered was legitimately competitive - i think i got about 0.8 percentage points better than what i'd seen elsewhere. fast execution too, maybe 15 seconds from initiation to settled. so the actual trading component is solid. but then came the verification requirement. they wanted an absolutely exhaustive setup process - government ID, secondary ID, address proof, video verification where they asked me questions about my background, and they even asked me to explain my trading strategy in writing. this entire process took over a month because each round of documents had some small issue they wanted me to fix. their support was essentially unavailable - tickets took 2-3 days to get responses and many of the responses were generic copy-paste templates that didn't address my specific questions. i managed to eventually get verified but by then i'd moved most of my capital to other platforms. it's frustrating because the exchange itself is technically solid and the rates are good but they've made the entire user experience unpleasant through excessive verification and poor customer service.
