Refund disappeared completely

$1900 refund 8/3. they said approved. by 8/5 should arrive. its now day 106. support gave up after 2 days. balance zero. they kept my money.

Neutral experience

The exchange has decent features but the rates they offer are just average. i was hoping for something more competitive. the fees are standard but add up when youre doing frequent trades. customer support is responsive which is nice. overall its a functional exchange but nothing exceptional.

submitted verification on day one im on day seven. still waiting. its a 5500 amount. never experienced this anywhere else. they must be doing this intentionally.
