I honestly lost track of how many different fees they charge. Each one seems designed to extract maximum value. It's needlessly complex and expensive.

Confusing deposit process

Getting money onto this platform is incredibly confusing. The interface doesn't clearly explain which wallet address to use or what network to send on. When I got it wrong, they wouldn't help me recover the funds. Losing trust in this exchange completely.

Swap took three full days

wanted to exchange bitcoin quickly on this platform but ended up waiting three full days for a simple transaction. i had about 1.8 BTC to convert to other cryptocurrencies. started the process Tuesday at 4 PM. their website promised 25-35 minutes completion time. by Tuesday evening nothing had happened. by Wednesday morning i'd been waiting over 14 hours with no progress. i contacted support and received only a generic response about high transaction volumes. by Wednesday afternoon i'd messaged them twice and was getting increasingly frustrated. by Wednesday evening i'd contacted them multiple times with no real help or status updates. thursday morning finally someone actually looked at my account and provided a real explanation - there was a system backup causing delays in their processing queue. thursday afternoon finally my coins arrived. that's approximately 70 hours for a job they said would take 30 minutes. completely unacceptable. the exchange's time estimates are obviously unreliable. their support team was inadequate throughout the wait. i did eventually get my coins so at least there was no actual financial loss, but the experience was so stressful and frustrating that i will absolutely not return to this exchange.

Fees wrecked my strategy

I had a solid trading plan but with the fees this exchange charges, it was impossible to execute. The costs made unprofitable trades that would have worked elsewhere. Really frustrating.
