Good exchange, terrible design

Honestly, the rates and support aren't bad, but whoever designed this app hated users. It's cluttered, the color scheme is awful, and navigation is a nightmare. Everything feels outdated and I keep getting lost in submenus.

Good liquidity for my trades. Verification process was tedious and took longer than expected though.

Navigating the site is straightforward. the economics, on the other hand, are a disaster. their rates barely make sense and change constantly.

The rates are legit but everything else sucks

Alright so I found this exchange because I was looking for better ETH/USD conversion rates and someone mentioned they had competitive pricing. I did a test transaction with 0.5 ETH and yeah the rate was noticeably better than other places - maybe 0.5-0.7% better overall. Fine. But then the experience got really tedious. For some reason even though I was just doing a small trade they wanted me to do full KYC verification which involved uploading documents and doing a video call with someone. The video call was the most annoying part - had to schedule it, had to do it again because 'the connection was bad,' and they asked weird questions about my trading strategy. My support tickets about account issues got responses that clearly came from a template, not from someone actually reading what I asked. One person told me to try something I'd already explicitly said didn't work. The actual trading platform is fine the rates help but the combination of invasive verification and useless support makes me avoid using them even when I know the rates are good. I think I'll stick to other places.

transakcje przechodzą bez klopotu. obsługa jest do zaakceptowania. problem w tym że interfejs wygląda jak z 2008 roku. wszystkie przyciski są w dziwnych miejscach. ikony są nieczytelne. kolory nie pasują. nawigacja jest chaotyczna. czuję się jak klonem sprzętu z czasów dinozaurów. ta aplikacja potrzebuje całkowitej metamorfozy. nie widzę żeby ktoś nad tym pracował.
