First timer advantage then nightmare
Being a new user had advantages here apparently. First swap got fast processing and decent rates. But subsequent swaps felt like they were throttling me. Processing times increased, spreads widened, and customer support became unhelpful.

Honeymoon phase ended quickly
Every exchange has a honeymoon phase right? This one put on a great show for the first swap. Super fast, fair rates, everything smooth. Then the honeymoon ended. Every swap after became a lesson in disappointment - longer waits, wider spreads, unresponsive support.

Good but has quirks
A friend told me about this and I'm mostly happy with it. Fast deposits, decent customer service. Only small issue is the user interface has some quirky design choices. Overall mostly lives up to what I heard.
