My swaps went through fine and the rates were decent enough. However, I felt disappointed the whole time because the website interface is so painfully bad. It's clunky, outdated, and every action requires multiple steps. Would be a 4-star if they modernized the platform.
i signed up here after reading that their conversion rates were quite good and i wanted to test them out. i transferred in about 10 USDT worth of altcoins just to see what their rates would be like. the conversion rate they offered was legitimately competitive - i think i got about 0.8 percentage points better than what i'd seen elsewhere. fast execution too, maybe 15 seconds from initiation to settled. so the actual trading component is solid. but then came the verification requirement. they wanted an absolutely exhaustive setup process - government ID, secondary ID, address proof, video verification where they asked me questions about my background, and they even asked me to explain my trading strategy in writing. this entire process took over a month because each round of documents had some small issue they wanted me to fix. their support was essentially unavailable - tickets took 2-3 days to get responses and many of the responses were generic copy-paste templates that didn't address my specific questions. i managed to eventually get verified but by then i'd moved most of my capital to other platforms. it's frustrating because the exchange itself is technically solid and the rates are good but they've made the entire user experience unpleasant through excessive verification and poor customer service.
Rates All Wrong Here
The platform works but is uninspired. The exchange rates are uninspired. The fees are uninspired. Nothing stands out.
quite slow swaps honestly, everything else is fine
ok startup experience, then rates got bad
Decent exchange but poor service quality especially for large amounts. you can deposit small sums without issue. but try to withdraw anything significant and suddenly support goes silent and everything grinds to a halt.
Site works for basic swaps. Customer support is too slow and fees are overly high.
OK para trades pequenos. Interface e rapida. Apenas pequenas quantidades.
The exchange has decent features but the rates they offer are just average. i was hoping for something more competitive. the fees are standard but add up when youre doing frequent trades. customer support is responsive which is nice. overall its a functional exchange but nothing exceptional.
Nevzat here: işliyor ama çok yavaş. Söylenen saat yirmi dakika değil dört saat. Ücretler makul. Destek vardır. Hayalkırıcı.
Okay-ish.
verification slow rates slower to improve with time
okay i guess but better options out there
