Spreads hurt my trades

the spreads on this exchange are brutal. you lose 2-3% instantly when you trade. then if you need to withdraw they hit you with verification delays. overall experience is very negative.

Это надежная платформа для торговли. Приложение работает стабильно, вывод средств очень быстрый, команда поддержки отличная. Я буду продолжать использовать.

good no big problems like friend said

Platform works, UI doesn't

The backend is solid but the frontend is a disaster. took me 20 minutes to figure out how to make my first trade because the menu system is so confusing. updated the app, same problems. at least the rates are honest.

Rates normales

La plataforma funciona bien pero los tipos de cambio son promedio y los costos ocultos en las comisiones son algo decepcionantes. el soporte fue util cuando lo necesite.

Account verification stuck for weeks

submitted my verification documents weeks ago. the app keeps crashing when i try to check the status. support says everything is in order but i still cant trade. its been a frustrating waiting game.

Terrible refund policy

tried to get a refund for a transaction that went wrong due to their app bug. they refused to help and said its my fault for using their broken app. the whole platform feels untrustworthy and losing faith was easy.

fast clean good and easy but kyc slow

every withdrawal requires fresh verification even if you verified days before. its like they reset your status. ive waited 5 days multiple times. its absurd.

Incapabil de transfer

am incercat sa transfer bani de doua ori. prima oara a luat 8 zile. a doua oara a luat 5 zile dar aplicatia s-a blocat in timp. cand am contactat suportul, m-au trimis intr-o carusel. frustrat complet.

Bedrog

€2950 refund nie ontvangen. Support verdwenen. Geld weg.

login failed meh whatever im done with this

Best pricing I've seen

Best pricing I've seen with excellent exchange rates. Customer service needs improvement in responsiveness.
