Decent fundamentally risky

The fundamentals are there - the exchange works. But I'm fundamentally nervous about the larger amounts here. Too many stories about frozen funds and account blocks for no reason.

They trap and steal, thats the business model. i know 5 other people all with the same exact story - account blocked right after first withdrawal attempt. this is orchestrated theft.

Exchange rate dropped 50% instantly

i watched it happen in real-time. my BTC entered their system. the displayed rate changed. not by 1%. by 50%. in a single second. they manually changed it. there's no other explanation.

Withdrawal vanished

Requested withdrawal 2 months ago. money never showed up in my wallet. support is completely unresponsive.

Don't trust

Tried withdrawing after 45 days. Nothing arrived. Site says 'blockchain delays' but it's their theft.

Worst exchange ever - Funds stuck 3 weeks

This is absolutely horrible. I moved 2 ETH to this exchange on May 15th to trade, thinking it was a legitimate platform. It looked professional enough. The deposit arrived okay, I did some trading, made a little profit. But when I tried to withdraw my funds (1.8 ETH + profits from trading, around $5,600 total), the system just... stopped working. The withdrawal button gave an error message saying "daily limit exceeded" except I had never withdrawn before. I contacted support immediately. For 4 days they actually replied with "technical issue being investigated." Then nothing. Complete silence for nearly 3 weeks now. I've submitted 12 support tickets. I've tried email, the contact form, even found a Twitter account that never responds. My funds are just sitting in my account, frozen, unusable. I can see them in my balance but I cannot move them. The exchange is still operating, people are still depositing money, so why can't they help me? I believe this is theft. They're stealing deposits by trapping them in the system and claiming technical issues. Warn everyone - do NOT use this exchange. Keep your crypto somewhere safe, not on this platform.

Even payday lenders don't charge rates this bad. Their exchange rates are predatory. On $3000 I lost $450. That's worse than loan-sharking.

Held hostage by verification requirements

I'm writing this as a warning. This exchange operates what I can only describe as a financial hostage situation. You deposit money, everything seems fine, then they lock you out and demand increasingly impossible verification. I deposited $7,200 USD worth of Ethereum. Within hours they wanted verification. I provided documents. Accepted. Then they wanted video verification. I did it. Accepted. Then they wanted to know about previous crypto experience - I had to provide screenshots of every trade I'd ever made on any platform. I spent three days gathering information from multiple exchanges going back 6 years. Submitted everything. Accepted. Then they wanted to know my investment thesis - literally asking me to explain why I thought cryptocurrencies were a good investment. I wrote a detailed explanation. Accepted. Then they wanted proof that I actually held all the crypto I claimed to own across different wallets. This was next to impossible - I have coins in hardware wallets, on other exchanges, in various places. Proving I owned specific coins and didn't just screenshot someone else's wallet information was technically difficult. I did my best. Then they rejected my submission saying the proof wasn't sufficient. They wanted official exchange-signed documents for every coin. I couldn't get this for coins in hardware wallets. So they said my account would remain locked pending resolution of this issue. That was 41 days ago. Absolutely no progress. My $7,200 is frozen. This is deliberate theft.
