My account suddenly got frozen. The email said "KYC requirements not met" but I completed KYC weeks prior. When I asked for clarification support never replied. Now my balance shows zero but I can't withdraw it. It's like they made my money disappear. Classic scam move: freeze account and ghost the customer.
