Unbelievable what happened. I sent 2.1 BTC to this exchange for a trade I'd planned for weeks. The deposit arrived. But immediately - within 20 minutes - their system triggered an automated message saying my account needed verification. I thought this was normal. It wasn't. They asked for standard documents which I quickly provided. Then they asked for specific proofs about my wealth - bank statements showing minimum balances, investment account statements, property ownership documents. I went through my bank, got the statements printed, scanned them in at high resolution, submitted. They asked for more - specifically statements from the past 12 months. I gathered them all, 12 separate monthly statements, submitted as a PDF. Rejected: they said they needed each month separately. I split them up and resubmitted. Then they wanted to know where I got the initial capital to open my crypto wallet years ago. I couldn't remember exactly - it was so long ago. So I couldn't provide definitive proof. They said my account would remain frozen until I could explain the source of my initial cryptocurrency. I offered to provide proof of my current employment and income. They said that was irrelevant. Meanwhile my 2.1 BTC sits there trapped. It's been 52 days. I haven't received meaningful support in 3 weeks. They're stealing my Bitcoin by keeping it locked behind impossible verification requirements.

worst decision ever. i put $7,700 on this exchange on May 25th, thinking i was being smart about growing my money in crypto. i did my due diligence - checked the website, read reviews that looked positive, set up my account carefully. i verified my identity, set up 2FA, and transferred my funds. the deposit arrived within 2 hours. good sign, i thought. but it turned out to be a complete trap.

for 10 days i was able to trade. everything seemed normal. then on June 4th i tried to withdraw $7,500 and the system said my withdrawal was pending. i thought no problem, i've seen that before, just takes a bit longer. except it's been 33 days now. 33 days! my withdrawal is still showing as pending with zero progress. i've contacted support 12 times over the past 4 weeks. i got one response days ago, nothing since then. all my follow-up messages are being ignored. my $7,500 is trapped in that account and i cannot access it. the exchange operators have deliberately frozen customer withdrawals and the support team is either fake or completely unresponsive. this is a scam. a predatory scam that traps people's money. do not put your funds here. you will lose them.

Rate false from the start

the rate they display is fiction. its designed to look good so people deposit. once you deposit, the real rate kicks in, which is 40% worse. i feel stupid for falling for this.
