Tried to withdraw my profits last week. The withdrawal sat pending for almost 48 hours. When it finally went through, they had already deducted more fees than advertised. Not happy.

This was incredibly frustrating. i wanted to swap 0.6 BTC for some other cryptocurrency coins. tuesday morning I initiated the transaction. their estimate said 15-30 minutes. obviously that was massively optimistic. by Tuesday noon still nothing had happened. i contacted support around 1 PM. they gave me some generic response about high volume. i waited more. by Tuesday evening I was getting nervous. sent another message. got another generic response Wednesday morning. by Wednesday afternoon I still didn't have my coins. i reached out a third time and someone finally gave me a status update - they were working on the transaction. thursday morning finally it went through. three full days. the entire experience was characterized by poor communication from support and their timeline estimates being wildly inaccurate. they could've at least been honest about realistic timelines. i did eventually get my cryptocurrency, so I'm not going to rate this as a scam, but the service quality was terrible. i won't be returning here.

Служба не только молчит она еще и дает бесполезные ответы когда все же отвечает. Это худший сценарий. Молчание может быть терпимо но бесполезные ответы это оскорбление.

The first swap was incredible - showed me what this platform could do. Then I witnessed an incredible transformation into mediocrity. Each transaction got progressively worse. Same platform? Doesn't feel like it. Feels like they have two different systems - one premium for first-time users and one garbage tier for everyone else.

Withdrawal restrictions confusing

The withdrawal restrictions are confusing and seem arbitrary. The app doesnt clearly explain what the restrictions are. Support couldnt clarify when I asked. Very frustrating and losing trust.

my deposit shows confirmed by bank but the exchange hasn't credited it. its been 20 hours. they're clearly slow at processing.

Started incredible with that first swap. Everything clicked. Middle phase started to get mediocre - fees creeping up, speeds dropping. Now the end has just been a collapse of service. This platform lost me completely.
