complete scam. deposited $5,000 in April wanting to test the platform. requested withdrawal after one week. it's now July and stuck. support ignores all 47 tickets i've submitted. the exchange claims 'blockchain congestion' but when i checked the blockchain address they provided, it shows no record of any transaction. they took my money. i've reported this to my bank and filed a police report. do not use this exchange under any circumstances. i've talked to 15 other users with identical stuck withdrawal situations. this is clearly a theft operation masquerading as a crypto exchange.

update: Still waiting. account now shows as 'restricted' whatever that means. support won't explain. my $5k is gone.

i feel stupid for falling for this. i sent $5,500 to this exchange on May 31st thinking i was making a good decision. the website looked professional, the reviews i found were positive, everything seemed legitimate. i completed their verification, set up all the security features, and transferred my money. for 8 days i was able to trade without problems. but on June 8th when i tried to withdraw $5,400, the system immediately locked it as "pending."

Twenty-two days later, it's still pending. still frozen. zero progress. i messaged support on day 4. one response. then nothing. i've sent 9 more messages. complete silence. my money is trapped in that account and the exchange has abandoned me. i'm certain they've stolen it. the exchange operates by collecting deposits, showing you that you can trade (to appear legitimate), and then trapping your withdrawal forever while ghosting you. it's a calculated theft scheme. the support team is either fake or deliberately unresponsive because the company knows they're running a scam. do not put money in this exchange. it will be stolen from you and you'll be left with no way to get it back.
