Support is slow during problems
When I had a withdrawal issue, support took 18 hours to respond. By then the blockchain had moved on and my issue got more complicated. They need faster support.

Надежная платформа
пользуюсь очень часто этой биржей. Быстро обычно, удобно, без проблем. Один раз была задержка выплаты примерно на день. Но это редко. Хороший сервис.

Mycket bra design och enkelt gränssnitt. Transaktioner är snabba. Avgifterna är dock aningen höga.

Flawless execution when timing is everything
I manage crypto trading strategies and the most critical factor in my success is having a platform that can keep up with my execution timeline. this exchange has become my primary vehicle for that reason. just yesterday I needed to execute a portfolio rebalance before some scheduled economic data release and timing was critical. i had about 7 BTC in various positions that needed to be consolidated into a defensive posture. set up my swaps - four total - and every single one cleared within 90 seconds. the rates were spot on with no slippage. within 2 minutes I had my entire portfolio repositioned. the data released 10 minutes later and the market swung 3 percent but I was already safely positioned. if I'd been delayed or had technical problems I would have been caught in that move with losses. instead I executed perfectly and captured the upside of being hedged properly. this is why I trust this exchange with my serious capital. they deliver performance when it counts.

Good but minor issues
A friend I trust recommended this exchange and I've been happy with it mostly. the interface is user-friendly and deposits are quick. only minor thing is their customer support doesn't always respond immediately. still mostly lived up to expectations.
