Fantastic fee structure
Fantastic fee structure and the exchange rates are very competitive. Customer support needs improvement in response time.

Best value proposition
Best value proposition I've tested with low fees and great rates. The app sometimes crashes under heavy load though.

Hilfreiches Support-Team

Support team really helped
I had concerns about account security and support provided detailed explanations about their security measures. Made me feel much more confident. The exchange is straightforward to use. One small thing - would like SMS confirmations.

Good exchange rates
good exchange rates throughout with minimal fees charged. one area to improve: their account limits are restrictive.

Solid choice
The exchange is very trustworthy and clean. Easy to use. Only minor thing about fee transparency.

Veramente utile

fast support
Good but has quirks
A friend told me about this and I'm mostly happy with it. Fast deposits, decent customer service. Only small issue is the user interface has some quirky design choices. Overall mostly lives up to what I heard.

Prietenul a sugerat și sunt mulțumit. Depozitele merg repede, retragerea e bună. Doar interfața nu este prea intuitiv. Ok.

Good but minor issues
A friend I trust recommended this exchange and I've been happy with it mostly. the interface is user-friendly and deposits are quick. only minor thing is their customer support doesn't always respond immediately. still mostly lived up to expectations.
