Nexchange Reviews

delusione velocity

Delusione velocity nei swap. Funzionano pero. Commissioni ok. Supporto disposto. Tempi dichiarati sciocchezza totale.

Tepid

tepid experience overall. the exchange functions well enough but support is aggressively slow - ignored my verification question for 6 days straight.

arif says: takas işleri ama hızlı değil. söylenene göre bir saat, gerçekte iki buçuk saat. Ücretler ok. destek yardımcı.

tiny trades only here

Giancarlo says: funziona pero molto lentamente. Promessioni non reali. Commissioni ragionevoli. Supporto cordiale. Tempi delusione.

Good speed, bad fees

Deposits hit pretty quickly. The hidden charges really add up though when you're doing multiple trades.

Austausch ok

can use the exchange without problems. the rates though are underwhelming. fees are standard.

Decent service bad interface

the exchange gets the job done but the website is legitimately from the stone age. the app is slower than it should be, buttons overlap sometimes, and the dark mode looks broken. support is okay though, my withdrawal finally went through after a few messages.

Para transacoes pequenas ok. Maiores medo.

Okay-ish

Okay-ish. Der Austausch funktioniert okay-ish. Der Support funktioniert überhaupt nicht - 8 Tage auf Verifikationshilfe warten.

waste of time

Waste of time if you need speed. swaps function but take ages. honestly the fees aren't worth it for this speed. disappointing experience.

Could be better

Deposits arrive quickly and withdrawals work. the main issue is their exchange rates are all over the map. i've tracked them for a week and the variance is suspicious.

Mediocre at best terrible at worst

on the best days this exchange is mediocre. on the worst days it's downright terrible. the backend doesn't fail too often but the frontend is a disaster. the website looks ancient, the app is sluggish, and the design makes no sense. it feels like using software from the early 2000s. the only reason i don't rate it lower is that it does technically work sometimes.

Some swaps great some terrible no middle ground

I've used this exchange on and off over about 7 months, probably 18-20 total transactions ranging from $100 to $3,000 per swap. This place is genuinely confusing in how inconsistent they are. Like, I'll do a Bitcoin to Ethereum swap and it'll be flawless-quote matches execution, funds arrive in minutes, no drama. Then I'll do the exact same type of swap the next day with similar amounts and suddenly it's like dealing with a completely different exchange.

Example one: swapped $2,000 Bitcoin to Ethereum on a Tuesday morning. Rate was perfect, execution took 90 seconds, I got exactly what the preview told me. Everything smooth. Example two: same swap, $2,500 Bitcoin to Ethereum, same time of day (just a different Tuesday). This time the execution rate was noticeably worse-like I lost $75 on nothing I could control-and the whole process took 4 hours to complete for some reason they never adequately explained.

Good experiences: when things work, they work well. App doesn't crash often. Security feels solid. Customer support does eventually respond, and they're polite.

Bad experiences: fees and spreads are sometimes hidden or presented in confusing ways, withdrawal times can be glacially slow, and there's zero consistency. Sometimes verification is instant, sometimes it's held up for 24+ hours with no reason given.

I've prob made $300-400 profit on these trades overall, but I've also lost $400-500 to what I'd call either hidden fees or consistently bad execution timing. It's frustrating because I can't tell if it's intentional or just poor design.

kullanılabilir ama

Kullanılabilir ama hız yok takas. söylenen süreler hatalı tamamen. Ücretler ok. destek yardımcı. hayalkırıcı.
