Waiting nightmare for simple swap

This was incredibly frustrating. i wanted to swap 0.6 BTC for some other cryptocurrency coins. tuesday morning I initiated the transaction. their estimate said 15-30 minutes. obviously that was massively optimistic. by Tuesday noon still nothing had happened. i contacted support around 1 PM. they gave me some generic response about high volume. i waited more. by Tuesday evening I was getting nervous. sent another message. got another generic response Wednesday morning. by Wednesday afternoon I still didn't have my coins. i reached out a third time and someone finally gave me a status update - they were working on the transaction. thursday morning finally it went through. three full days. the entire experience was characterized by poor communication from support and their timeline estimates being wildly inaccurate. they could've at least been honest about realistic timelines. i did eventually get my cryptocurrency, so I'm not going to rate this as a scam, but the service quality was terrible. i won't be returning here.

The verification process here is designed to frustrate. No clear requirements. No helpful feedback. Just rejection after rejection. Support pretends they don't understand your complaints.

Quoted 50,000 INR payout, received 41,500 INR after phantom fees

I was converting some of my savings into USDC and this exchange looked convenient. They had a quote tool showing exactly what I'd receive for my INR deposit: 50,000 INR would become USDC equivalent at a specific rate, with no additional costs mentioned. The rate looked fair compared to local options. I submitted the order, and everything processed normally on the deposit side. Three hours later, the USDC showed up in my account. But when I did the conversion math, something was off. The USDC I received was worth only 41,500 INR at the market rate, not 50,000. I was missing 8,500 INR, about 17% of my expected amount. I reviewed my transaction history and found a series of unnamed charges: "processing fee," "conversion fee," "settlement surcharge," and "liquidity buffer." Individually they didn't look huge, but combined they destroyed my expected payout. None of these appeared on the quote page. I reached out to customer service with screenshots of the quote versus what I actually received. They explained that the quote was an "estimate" and that "actual rates vary based on market conditions and system load." But the market didn't move 17% in three hours. System load isn't an excuse to hide fees. Their quote tool is misleading. It shows you a number that feels like a promise, but it's really just a starting point for negotiations they didn't disclose. Very disappointed.

Too good to be true it was

It was too good to be true. That first swap came across as perfection. Then I realized perfection was fake. All the trades after were imperfect and increasingly costly. I am over this exchange completely.

False advertising on rates

Initial trade seemed fair but I realized I was comparing to their 'best' rates. Every other swap uses hidden spreads. Very frustrating experience overall.

Withdrawal gas fees unknown

tried to withdraw. they didn't tell me upfront how much gas fee i'd pay. after deduction i got 200 less than expected. hidden fees are a scam.

Terrible user experience

The user experience is absolutely terrible. nothing is where you expect it to be, buttons dont respond, the app freezes. even if the rates were good, which they arent, I wouldnt use this place. its unreliable and confusing.

Hidden spreads everywhere

The spreads they charge are completely hidden until the last moment. Its designed to confuse you so you dont notice how much theyre taking. The app is also confusing which plays right into their hands. Losing trust fast.
