Nexchange Reviews

Mixed - rates good, support terrible

I've been trading on this exchange for about five months now and their conversion rates are objectively some of the best I've used. i've converted roughly 8 ETH across multiple transactions and consistently gotten rates that are 0.3-0.6% better than my other platforms. the platform itself is smooth and responsive, transactions execute quickly, there's nothing to complain about on the actual trading side. the nightmare is their support infrastructure and verification process. they require extensive KYC that goes beyond what most exchanges do. i uploaded ID, address proof, employment verification, and did a video call where they asked about my income level and investment strategy. this entire process took almost six weeks because they kept rejecting submissions with vague reasons like 'document not clear enough.' Support tickets about my verification status took 3-4 days to answer and were often non-responsive to my actual questions. when I finally got verified and tried my first larger withdrawal they froze my account 'for security reasons' without explanation for five days. i could access my funds eventually but the lack of communication was infuriating. they have good rates but the customer treatment makes me look for alternatives whenever possible.

Questionable reliability

Questionable reliability especially once you need customer support. Works adequately for small amounts and deposits are decent. Large amounts though trigger a series of failures and account issues.

decente pero lento

Decente pero lento completamente. Commissioni buone. Supporto cordiale. Tempi promessi fake. Rating medio necessario.

Competitive pricing overshadowed by red tape

i initiated an account with this exchange based on multiple recommendations highlighting their superior rate offerings on conversion pairs. i deposited 3000 USDC and performed multiple conversions to different coins - each transaction received rates that were approximately 0.4-0.6% more favorable than alternative platforms. the platform functions smoothly with responsive performance and straightforward interface design. the core trading service is clearly well-executed. the problems emerge in everything beyond the basic trading mechanics. the verification requirements are disproportionately extensive and invasive - beyond standard ID they require government-level identification, secondary ID, proof of residence, employment verification, and a video interview component. the video call included questions about personal finances that felt inappropriate. after providing complete documentation they rejected it on grounds of photo quality despite submissions being perfectly clear. resubmission required another two weeks of processing. support is essentially unavailable - ticket responses took 2-4 business days and most appeared to be generic auto-responses unrelated to specific questions. i experienced account flags and temporary withdrawal restrictions multiple times despite normal trading - each incident involved minimal communication. the rates justify keeping the account open but the user experience is sufficiently poor that i actively recommend alternatives to other traders despite the rate disadvantage.

Not bad just inconsistent

Some days the exchange is super responsive, other days it feels sluggish. The KYC is straightforward but then support tickets just disappear. Unreliable for big operations.

Why I stopped

Why I stopped using: inconsistent rates that hurt my returns. simple as that.

Unremarkable

Unremarkable Austausch. Bemerkenswert nur die langsame Verifikation Support - 6 Tage. Nicht begeistert.

Carmela speaks: funziona pero i swaps richiedono pazienza infinita. Promessioni bugia. Commissioni buone. Supporto gentile. Rating medio.

speed zero

kullanılabilir sayılsa da

kullanılabilir sayılsa da yavaş takas. söylenen süreler hatalı. Ücretler makul. destek yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. hayalkırıcı.

The deposit processed fine. the rates though are just average. and the fees aren't competitive.

Okay nothing wow

The website functions and I had no major issues. The exchange rates though are just okay - nothing special. And the fees... well, they're reasonable but not great.

Nao recomendo.

Normal exchange

Normal exchange. Normal rates, normal fees, normal service. Perfectly normal.

force yourself to wait

force yourself to wait for swaps. everything works fine. times are dreams. fees won't break you. support is polite. neutral experience.
