Support won't explain fees
When I asked why my fees were so high, support just kept pointing me to generic FAQ pages. Never got a real answer. It's like they don't want you questioning the pricing structure.

My withdrawal has been pending for 2 days. Support says this is normal. If its normal to wait 2 days, your exchange is broken.

any transaction over 5000 requires 'additional verification'. its funny how this extra requirement isnt mentioned in the t&cs until youre deep into it. waited 4 days last time. losing patience.

They list fees on their site but the actual fees you pay are much different. The gap is explained by hidden spreads somewhere.
