KYC is a pretext to get personal data. Once they have it, they dont care about verification. They lock your account and keep the money. KYC is their theft mechanism.

i've done hundreds of trades. the rates are never in my favor even when the market moves my way. their rate-setting is clearly rigged to steal from users.
This is kidnapping with bureaucracy. My funds are held hostage. KYC is the excuse. "We need to review your information" they said, 38 days ago. Never heard from them since. My money just sits there in their control while they ignore my desperate pleas. I've sent 25 support messages. Zero meaningful replies. They have my money and are keeping it. Pure theft.

This exchange uses KYC as a trap. you pass KYC. account gets locked. support says "unusual activity detected". you appeal. they close your account and keep the money. i lost $3200 to this scheme.

I'm writing this in pure anger. i deposited $7,800 on this exchange on June 5th - my money, earned over years of working hard. i wasn't trying to get rich quick, I just wanted to dabble in crypto trading and hopefully make a little extra. the exchange looked reputable enough. set up was straightforward. my deposit arrived the same day. for the first week I was able to trade no problem. i bought some Bitcoin, sold some altcoins, moved things around. the system worked. but on June 15th, I decided I'd had enough and wanted to withdraw $7,500 back to my secure wallet. the system accepted my withdrawal request and immediately marked it as "processing."
I figured it would process within 24 hours based on what their website said. it didn't. after 3 days nothing had changed. after a week, still processing. after two weeks, still the exact same status. i reached out to support after the first week of waiting. one canned response. then nothing. i sent 7 more emails. silence. dead silence. the support email might as well be a black hole. the exchange website still works fine for logins and viewing my balance, but I cannot withdraw. my money shows there but it's frozen in place. i'm certain the operators of this exchange took my money. they're letting it sit there while they use it for their own purposes, and they're ghosting me to avoid any accountability. this is criminally negligent at best, straight-up theft at worst. do not trust this platform. they will trap your money and disappear when you try to leave.
