i literally watched exchange rates move while waiting for their verification on 5500. what started as favorable turned unfavorable. by approval time it made no sense to proceed.

Fees rip you off
The hidden fees here are insane. not just the trading fees but the withdrawal fees too. and when you ask support about it they give you a runaround. total waste of time.

My account got locked during verification for no clear reason. Support response time is pathetic. finally got unlocked but lost 2 weeks of trading opportunities.
