Refund request disappeared

$1800 refund requested 9/11. support initially said they got it. by 9/18 they stopped responding. now day 85. balance shows negative. refund never went through. money stolen by exchange.

This exchange stole $7,800 from me

I'm writing this in pure anger. i deposited $7,800 on this exchange on June 5th - my money, earned over years of working hard. i wasn't trying to get rich quick, I just wanted to dabble in crypto trading and hopefully make a little extra. the exchange looked reputable enough. set up was straightforward. my deposit arrived the same day. for the first week I was able to trade no problem. i bought some Bitcoin, sold some altcoins, moved things around. the system worked. but on June 15th, I decided I'd had enough and wanted to withdraw $7,500 back to my secure wallet. the system accepted my withdrawal request and immediately marked it as "processing."

I figured it would process within 24 hours based on what their website said. it didn't. after 3 days nothing had changed. after a week, still processing. after two weeks, still the exact same status. i reached out to support after the first week of waiting. one canned response. then nothing. i sent 7 more emails. silence. dead silence. the support email might as well be a black hole. the exchange website still works fine for logins and viewing my balance, but I cannot withdraw. my money shows there but it's frozen in place. i'm certain the operators of this exchange took my money. they're letting it sit there while they use it for their own purposes, and they're ghosting me to avoid any accountability. this is criminally negligent at best, straight-up theft at worst. do not trust this platform. they will trap your money and disappear when you try to leave.

I checked the real market price on multiple exchanges. This site's rate was 22% worse. They claim to follow market rates but they lie. They artificially lower rates to steal from users.

Verification stalls everything

any transaction over 5000 requires 'additional verification'. its funny how this extra requirement isnt mentioned in the t&cs until youre deep into it. waited 4 days last time. losing patience.

Cant access my account for 3 months now. Ive sent 90 emails to support with no response. My 9200 is just locked there. This exchange is clearly a scam operation stealing money.

Support ghosted me completely

Deposited and immediately had an issue with my wallet connection. Reached out to support. They acknowledged the ticket once then never replied again. 8 weeks have passed. My deposit is completely stuck. They've essentially stolen it with zero accountability.
