Decent platform

i've used this exchange quite many times now. their rates are decent and deposits are usually fast. one late payout was not ideal but it came through.

Withdrawals are fast enough here, usually within hours. The platform never crashed on me during trades. But I feel the exchange rates during evening hours are noticeably worse than morning.

Great experience here

Recovered my account quickly after I forgot my password. their support genuinely cares about helping customers. the interface is clean and easy to use. just one downside - it took me 3 days to get my first withdrawal approved, seemed slower than usual.

Four years steady, great platform, one annoying surprise

I started using this exchange way back in 2022, so I've been with them for about four years now, completing approximately 65-70 swaps throughout my tenure. my initial swaps were tiny, just $100-200 amounts while I figured out whether the site was legitimate. once I was convinced it was safe and reliable, I gradually increased my activity, and by 2024 I was doing consistent $1500-2500 swaps almost every other day. the platform has been consistently fast, with most trades settling within 20-40 seconds.

i've had a generally positive experience over these four years. deposits clear quickly, usually within an hour. withdrawals to my personal wallet go through smoothly and arrive within 45 minutes. the interface is clean and straightforward, works well on both desktop and mobile. when I've contacted support about questions or issues, they've been responsive and helpful, typically replying within a couple hours.

then in July I had an experience that frustrated me more than anything else in my time on the platform. i was executing a swap of 14 BTC for USDC, and the site's quote included what I assumed was just the standard trading fee. but when the trade settled, I discovered additional fees that hadn't been clearly displayed during checkout-something about a "liquidity premium." The total costs ended up being roughly 0.9% of my transaction value instead of the advertised 0.5%, which meant I lost about $165 on that single trade.

i contacted support and they pointed me to a footnote in their terms of service explaining these additional costs. while technically disclosed, I wish it was more prominent at the time of trade confirmation. apart from this fee surprise, I've been very satisfied with this exchange and will continue using it.

Good exchange but fees

someone at work recommended this exchange and i decided to give it a shot. the user interface is pretty good and deposits process fast. the only small issue is their fee schedule is a bit confusing. overall mostly lived up to the recommendation though.

Tried it as backup initially, now my main platform. Good exchange rates and solid support. Only wish they offered more payment methods.

Friend from uni recommended me here about 5 months ago and so far so good. The platform is stable, deposits work smoothly. Only small issue is the customer support could respond a bit faster to non-urgent matters.
