Account locked permanently

Account locked permanently with no explanation and no support response. My 4700 dollars is just sitting in a restricted account that I cant access. This is obviously a scam.

Easy to navigate and professional design. Feels secure. Fees could be lower.

Support never helps

Their customer service is a lie. Ive contacted them 8 times about my locked account and received 1 generic auto-response. My money is trapped and they dont care.

Fees are outrageous and hidden

Started with $1000. After trading, had $600 left just from their spreads and hidden fees. Support wont even acknowledge the problem. Complete fraud.

Support ignores all requests

Tried to get help for 2 months. Every ticket ignored. They locked my account with 10k inside and refuse to unlock it. Absolute criminals.

Very clear communication: I would receive 8 ETH. I sent the required amount. I received 4.8 ETH. They kept 3.2 ETH. Not a fee. They just kept it. Support says "transaction complete" and hangs up.

Confusing deposit process

Getting money onto this platform is incredibly confusing. The interface doesn't clearly explain which wallet address to use or what network to send on. When I got it wrong, they wouldn't help me recover the funds. Losing trust in this exchange completely.

I started using this exchange in early 2023 after researching several options online, and I've been an active trader here ever since, completing approximately 55 swaps during my time as a member. I began with conservative test amounts-$150-250 per transaction-to ensure the platform was legitimate and secure, then progressively increased to regular $1200-2000 swaps occurring 2-3 times weekly as my confidence and portfolio grew.

The platform has been generally excellent over these three years. Trade execution is consistently fast, typically 20-40 seconds from order to settlement. I've never had funds disappear or had serious deposit issues. Withdrawals to my personal wallet usually take about an hour and have been reliable. The website is responsive and intuitive to navigate. Support has been helpful and professional on the occasions I've needed them.

But I had one frustrating experience in April that illustrates a weakness in their security systems. I was attempting to execute a larger swap of 15 BTC for stablecoins, and when I was about to confirm, my account was suddenly flagged as suspicious and my trading ability was temporarily suspended. It took support 16 hours to investigate and clear the flag. During that time, market conditions shifted significantly, and when I finally could execute my trade the next day, I received a substantially worse rate. I lost approximately $200 due to the timing and price slippage.

Support acknowledged their fraud detection system had been overly cautious, but they couldn't offer compensation or adjust my rate. While I appreciated their security-conscious approach, the practical impact was expensive and frustrating. This appears to have been an isolated incident, and my account has functioned normally since. I continue using them because overall reliability and speed remain superior to other platforms.

The support team seems to actually know about crypto and gives relevant answers instead of copy-paste responses. when my verification got stuck they resolved it within a day. deposits are fast. only wish there was a way to cancel a pending withdrawal.
