$3080 refund on 10/4 after failed transaction. they said ok approved etc. days went by with silence. week 2: still nothing. contacted support 22 times in 104 days. they ignore every single message. money is gone. definite scam.

This exchange sits firmly in the middle. It works, which is good. The interface is aggressively outdated, which is bad. Deposits arrive, withdrawals process, but you feel like you're using software from 2005. The website design makes me sad every time I visit.
