$9,800 in limbo - 24 day nightmare

This is the worst mistake I've ever made financially. I put $9,800 into this exchange on May 29th - that was basically my entire savings account, money I'd accumulated over 4 years of working. I wanted to try cryptocurrency trading with the goal of growing my wealth. The exchange looked reputable enough, had a professional interface, seemed secure. I set up my account, completed identity verification, and transferred my money. Everything went smoothly at first.

For 9 days I was able to trade without any problems. I bought some Bitcoin, tried some altcoins, attempted to learn the market. I didn't make much profit, but I wasn't losing money either. Then on June 7th I got nervous about leaving so much money on the platform and decided to withdraw $9,600 back to my hardware wallet. I initiated the withdrawal and it immediately went into "pending - processing" status. I thought okay, standard withdrawal, should take a day or two. It's now been 24 days. My $9,600 withdrawal is still in the exact same pending status. Not one bit of progress. Zero movement. I contacted support after 5 days of waiting. They sent me a template message about patience. I've sent 9 more emails after that. Complete silence on every single one. My money is trapped and the company that has it won't communicate with me. This is theft. I'm warning everyone - do not use this exchange. They will trap your money and disappear.
