complete scam. deposited $5,000 in April wanting to test the platform. requested withdrawal after one week. it's now July and stuck. support ignores all 47 tickets i've submitted. the exchange claims 'blockchain congestion' but when i checked the blockchain address they provided, it shows no record of any transaction. they took my money. i've reported this to my bank and filed a police report. do not use this exchange under any circumstances. i've talked to 15 other users with identical stuck withdrawal situations. this is clearly a theft operation masquerading as a crypto exchange.

update: Still waiting. account now shows as 'restricted' whatever that means. support won't explain. my $5k is gone.

Account suspended 6 months ago. support gives contradictory reasons each time they respond. the platform is clearly run by scammers who are okay with keeping peoples money indefinitely.

fraud after asking extra identity checks. i put in 0.4 btc which at the time was like $16k. they said they need to check who i am for security. i sent my docs. they sent email saying docs rejected because camera angle was wrong angle. i took new photos with better angle. rejected again - lighting too dim. i used flash. rejected - flash made it washed out. i did it outside in sunlight. rejected - some glare on the card. i literally cannot win. ive been doing this for a month now. sent 23 different document submissions. each one rejected for a new nonsense reason. my account is frozen with $16k inside and zero access. support said "please be patient during the review period" but won't tell me when it ends. sounds like theft to me.
