False advertising on rates
Initial trade seemed fair but I realized I was comparing to their 'best' rates. Every other swap uses hidden spreads. Very frustrating experience overall.

Ho fatto un deposito di 2000 euro. Dopo il login mi dice di fare la verifica KYC. Ho mandato tutti i documenti. Aspetto da 40 giorni. Niente. Mi mandano email dicendo "controlla dopo". Il supporto è una barzelletta. I miei soldi sono spariti. TRUFFA!!!

ho subito la KYC infinita. mi chiedevano documenti su documenti. dopo un mese di questo incubo ho rinunciato. non ho più accesso al mio account. non so dove sono i miei soldi. il supporto dice solo "rimani paziente." Paziente??? ho aspettato 2 mesi! chiaramente vogliono il mio denaro e non ha intenzione di restituirlo.
