Now I get it. the whole KYC process is just a cover for stealing deposits. step 1: Accept your money. step 2: Create impossible KYC task. step 3: Freeze account. step 4: Ghost customer. step 5: Keep money. i watched it happen. $7k just vanished while they claimed "reviewing your verification." Support is nonexistent. complete scam.

I think they have written code that monitors blockchain. When coins are detected, code automatically downgrades the rate. Its automated theft. No human even involved.

Their KYC system rejected me 6 times. Each time I appealed, support gave different reasons. Eventually they just closed my account without letting me withdraw.
