Can't even login sometimes. The site just refuses connection for hours. While I can't access it, the price moves and I lose money waiting. They're stealing time.

KYC verification is a scam itself
KYC is a pretext to get personal data. Once they have it, they dont care about verification. They lock your account and keep the money. KYC is their theft mechanism.

i've done hundreds of trades. the rates are never in my favor even when the market moves my way. their rate-setting is clearly rigged to steal from users.

Funds kidnapped through KYC trap
This is kidnapping with bureaucracy. My funds are held hostage. KYC is the excuse. "We need to review your information" they said, 38 days ago. Never heard from them since. My money just sits there in their control while they ignore my desperate pleas. I've sent 25 support messages. Zero meaningful replies. They have my money and are keeping it. Pure theft.
