My deposit is completely gone. Not processing. Not stuck. Gone. They received it and now claim they didn't. Thats theft by denial.

Withdrawal pending for days
My withdrawal has been pending for 2 days. Support says this is normal. If its normal to wait 2 days, your exchange is broken.

decent fees, terrible timing. swaps work fine but promises are fake. took 4x the estimated time last week. would not recommend for time-sensitive trades.

Cambio fulmineo

fantastic exchange
Support team is outstanding
I had a complicated question about tax reporting and support not only answered it but pointed me to resources. That kind of helpfulness is rare. The exchange is fast and secure. Only downside is the withdrawal approval process could be faster.

Fantastico! Supporto veloce.
$2100 refund submitted 7/2.
Refund scam $2100 gone
$2100 refund submitted 7/2. they confirmed and said 2-3 business days. here we are on day 125 and nothing arrived. support answered exactly once then went silent for 4 months. balance is zero. they took my money.

Am intalnit o mica problema - o data interfata s-a incetinit putin - dar s-a rezolvat repede. Recomand pentru cei care vor rapid.

After trying several exchanges, I realized the real differentiator isn't the rates or the interface - it's the support team. they've handled every single one of my questions with genuine care and expertise. they know how to make people feel valued, not just processed.
