There's no way to contact their support that actually works. Phone support doesn't exist. Email support takes days. Chat support is a bot. They're impossible to reach.

I use this exchange often with good results. Rates are competitive, platform is stable. One withdrawal delay was unexpected.

Adequate

Adequate exchange for basic trades. Adequate rates, adequate fees, adequate interface. Support is inadequate - 7 days for my verification question.

Trapped - they created endless verification loop

I have been trying to access my funds for 71 days now. This exchange intentionally created a verification loop that cannot be completed. Here's exactly what happened. March 8th - I deposit 1.7 ETH. March 9th - Account flagged for verification. I provide ID, address proof, employment information. All accepted by March 10th. March 11th - They ask about previous exchange accounts. I provide information. Accepted. March 12th - They ask for investment history. I provide trading records. Accepted. March 13th - They ask about risk tolerance and investment goals. I answer. Accepted. March 14th - They ask if I've ever been banned from any financial institution. I say no. Accepted. March 15th - They ask for documentation of this from each institution I use. I contact my banks and get letters confirming I'm in good standing. Accepted. March 16th - They ask about my net worth in detail. I provide financial statement. Accepted. March 17th - They ask why my net worth is below certain threshold - apparently there's a threshold I didn't know about. I explain my wealth is in housing equity and retirement accounts. Accepted. March 18th - They ask about my housing equity as proof. I provide home valuation and mortgage statement. Accepted. March 19th - They ask about my retirement accounts and provide statements. I do this. Accepted. March 20th - They ask if I have any debts aside from mortgage. I list my auto loan. They ask for auto loan paperwork. I provide it. Accepted. March 21st - They ask detailed questions about each of my employers in the past 5 years. I list them and they request employment verification letters from each. Some of these companies no longer exist. I explain this. They say that's suspicious. March 22nd through April 18th - Continuous back and forth with various requests. Each submission takes 3-4 days for them to respond, usually with rejection and new requests. April 19th - They declare my account "approved for manual review by compliance committee." No update since then, 52 days later. My 1.7 ETH is locked forever. This is theft.

Feels like a setup

The whole thing feels like a deliberate setup to trap people. Account restrictions show up after youve moved enough money into the account. Its a sophisticated scam. I feel unsafe and robbed.

Never again with this site. Worst experience possible. Slow, expensive, and when something goes wrong they laugh at you. Total scam operation running wild.

Rates are obviously rigged

i've done hundreds of trades. the rates are never in my favor even when the market moves my way. their rate-setting is clearly rigged to steal from users.
