Mixed - rates good, support terrible

I've been trading on this exchange for about five months now and their conversion rates are objectively some of the best I've used. i've converted roughly 8 ETH across multiple transactions and consistently gotten rates that are 0.3-0.6% better than my other platforms. the platform itself is smooth and responsive, transactions execute quickly, there's nothing to complain about on the actual trading side. the nightmare is their support infrastructure and verification process. they require extensive KYC that goes beyond what most exchanges do. i uploaded ID, address proof, employment verification, and did a video call where they asked about my income level and investment strategy. this entire process took almost six weeks because they kept rejecting submissions with vague reasons like 'document not clear enough.' Support tickets about my verification status took 3-4 days to answer and were often non-responsive to my actual questions. when I finally got verified and tried my first larger withdrawal they froze my account 'for security reasons' without explanation for five days. i could access my funds eventually but the lack of communication was infuriating. they have good rates but the customer treatment makes me look for alternatives whenever possible.

Questionable reliability

Questionable reliability especially once you need customer support. Works adequately for small amounts and deposits are decent. Large amounts though trigger a series of failures and account issues.

Funds frozen indefinitely

deposit arrived. account flagged. support says "unusual activity". my activity: logging in. i am waiting 75 days for resolution. at this point they are just stealing interest on my frozen funds.

Frozen forever

Withdrawal $15k stuck 100 days. Account now shows 'permanently restricted'. They stole it all.

Rate bait and switch confirmed multiple times

Rates worse than payday lenders

Even payday lenders don't charge rates this bad. Their exchange rates are predatory. On $3000 I lost $450. That's worse than loan-sharking.

Ik ben niet tevreden maar ook niet ontevreden, gaat meer door alles heen. ik zette 0.6 bitcoin in en verwisselde naar ethereum. de koers was echt goed, misschien 0.5 procent beter dan anderen. snelle uitvoering, geen problemen. maar daarna werd verifiicatie een nachtmerrie. ze wilden paspoort, adresverificatie, werkgeversverificatie, videogesprek met persoonlijke vragen. ik gaf alles en ze weigerden het. foto niet duidelijk genoeg zeiden ze. tweede keer duurde nog een week. support was traag. tickets kregen antwoord na 2 tot 3 dagen en meestal waren het sjabloonantwoorden. mijn account werd bevroren zonder reden. er was geen uitleg. na een week ontdooide het. de koersen zijn goed maar de rest is afschuwelijk.
