Scam - $12K stuck, support ignoring me

Absolute nightmare. Back in early June, I transferred $12,000 worth of crypto to this exchange - it was a mix of Bitcoin and Ethereum, roughly split 50/50. I had read some decent reviews and thought it would be safe. First week was fine, I was trading, moving money around. But then on June 15th I wanted to consolidate my holdings and withdraw everything back to my personal wallet. The withdrawal request got stuck immediately. It said 'processing' but nothing happened. After 2 days I emailed support. They sent one reply saying "withdrawals are taking longer than usual, please wait." That was it. No more replies. For two weeks straight I've been emailing every 3 days. I've lost count of how many tickets I opened. Each new ticket just gets ignored. I tried calling - no phone number. I tried their social media - accounts are either deleted or don't have any real people managing them. So here I am with $12,000 in cryptocurrency that I can see in my account but can't touch. It might as well not exist. I've read reports online that this exact thing happens to people regularly on this site. It's definitely a deliberate scam. They let you deposit, let you trade a bit so you feel safe, then trap your money when you try to leave. Spread the word - this exchange is stealing from its users.
