So after several months of using this exchange I can say its reliable enough for my needs. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. They process deposits quickly usually within an hour or two. Withdrawals also go through without problems typically the next business day. The main issue is their exchange rates are really just average - nothing impressive. When I compare to other platforms the rates here are consistently lower. I suspect they add hidden spreads. The fee structure is transparent which is good but the rates themselves are underwhelming. Customer support helped when I had KYC issues taking about 4 days to resolve. Overall its a functional exchange but the rates make it hard to recommend when better options exist.

Started here out of necessity but stayed because it's actually pretty solid. Withdrawal times are fine, deposits are quick. My only nitpick is that the interface feels a bit dated compared to some competitors.

KYC nightmare resulted in account deletion

This exchange uses KYC as a trap. you pass KYC. account gets locked. support says "unusual activity detected". you appeal. they close your account and keep the money. i lost $3200 to this scheme.

Exchange is reliable enough. KYC wasn't too painful. but rates are definitely middle-ground and fees are standard. nothing special.
