Trapped $4400 refund never came

Refund for $4400 submitted 6/24. promised 48-hour turnaround. now on day 77. support gave up responding after week 2. account frozen. money never moved. they stole it.

I logged in one day and my entire balance showed as restricted. No email warning, no explanation, just gone. Been locked for 2 months. I believe they took my money and are keeping it.
