My friend suggested this place and I'm mostly happy with it. the deposit process is quick, the platform works well. only small issue is customer support could be faster. still mostly lived up to what I heard.

Account locked with 4.1 Bitcoin inside - complete theft

This is what a professional theft operation looks like when it wants to appear legitimate. I'm a long-time cryptocurrency holder with 4.1 BTC. I wanted to do some trading, so I deposited the coins. The deposit went through smoothly. I felt confident. Then hours later, their automated system flagged my account for "enhanced verification due to account risk assessment." I thought this was normal KYC procedure. It wasn't. They wanted ID, address proof, employment information. I provided all of it within 24 hours. Everything was accepted. Then they asked about my cryptocurrency holdings - specifically where I'd acquired the coins. I explained I'd bought most of them over the years as they appreciated, some from mining in the early days, some from traders I knew personally. They said this required individual documentation. For coins purchased over the years, I had some old email confirmations and payment receipts. For personal trades with friends, I had no documentation. I told them honestly I couldn't find documentation for trades from 2012-2014. They said this was "highly suspicious" and flagged my account for "extended compliance investigation." That was 58 days ago. I have had zero meaningful contact with support since day 19. My 4.1 BTC sits in my account showing in my balance, completely inaccessible. I cannot trade, cannot withdraw, cannot move it. This is organized theft. They've stolen 4.1 BTC by making it impossible to access while appearing to be conducting a legitimate review.

The mobile app keeps crashing during my login attempts. this platform is completely unreliable. i've tried everything including uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing works.

this exchange made a simple swap into a nightmare that lasted three full days. i had about 1.7 ETH i wanted to exchange for other cryptocurrencies. started the process Tuesday at 3 PM. their estimate was 30 minutes. by Tuesday 4 PM i was already suspicious when nothing had happened. by Tuesday evening i was getting nervous. contacted support Tuesday night. got a generic response Wednesday morning. by Wednesday noon i'd been waiting over 24 hours. messaged support again. another vague response. by Wednesday evening i'd contacted them multiple times and received nothing helpful. thursday morning finally someone actually looked at my account. they said they were working through transaction backlog. thursday afternoon finally my coins came through. three days from start to finish. the wait was unbearable and support was unhelpful throughout. the exchange's promises about speed were completely false. i received my coins eventually so at least there was no financial loss, but the stress and frustration make me certain i won't use them again.

Don't use for urgent trades. The swaps work but times are wildly understated. Fees are fine. Support is friendly but can't speed things up.
