I provided certificates from online trading courses I'd taken. Accepted. Then they demanded information about my financial advisor. I said I don't have one. They said this was suspicious - I was making large financial decisions without professional guidance. They asked for a letter from a financial advisor confirming I was capable of managing my own investments. I tried to get such a letter but no advisor would write this. So I explained I couldn't obtain such a letter. They flagged me again as uncooperative. Now my account is marked as "requires compliance review by management." That was 39 days ago. I've received zero support contact in 22 days. My 2.4 BTC has completely inaccessible. They've stolen it through their system.

Sent a detailed problem description in ticket 1. In ticket 2, I asked support if they received it. In ticket 3, I pasted the same message again. All 3 tickets ignored. They dont read anything.
